#8sunday April 11, 2015 Scott’s Story 2

Every Sunday Weekend Writing Warriors invites writers (of all shapes and sizes) to submit 8 sentences of a work or work in progress. It is a great way to put yourself out there and to connect with a vibrant and supportive community of other writers. This is my submission.

These are the next few lines to one of my (as yet untitled) works in progress. (They have been edited slightly to fit the sentence limit.)

    1. Thank you Sara. It’s a very good point you have there. Readers and writers of sci-fi have their own code, that they assume everyone knows. I will definitely keep this in mind as I develop the story.

  1. I enjoy the fact that she has two such different sets of responses she feels she can fall back upon. And of course I’m wondering why she’s there and what’ll happen next. Enjoying the story! Want to read more LOL.
